Adjustable punch needle for making rugs. By simply changing a position of the needle adjust the needle length for the desired one of 4 heights of the loop. With this needle you can make beautiful sculpted 3d  designs. Or you can just use it as a traditional punch needle, using the desired length of the needle. Plastic handle, very easy to change the length of the needle.  Works well on monks cloth, linen and synthetic backing material.
